Rethinking one element of home and creating a larger mobile entity. This project examines the word Gathering as a domestic activity.

The design is a folding circular table with retractable seats attached, whichwith the use of a rotating mechanism, slide under the table. On its base, it stands on a hemisphere that permits a horizontal movement, like a see-saw effect. The proposal is transportable, designed to be towed behind a car, easy to carry and assemble. For the table to level, there has to be more that one user.

The scheme gathers people and requires a conversation between strangers to take place. Instead of desiging a solution I designed a problem engaging the users to find the solution.
